Edward Shubert

Edward Shubert, based in Picton, Prince Edward County, is a shadow box artist. He combines his love of art, travel and years of fine scale model making, creating art themed dioramas.

His highly detailed miniatures are inspired by the masters of impressionism, expressionism, pop and modern art. His work also includes whimsical subjects that is sure to put a smile on the viewer’s face.

Edward’s creations have been juried into the prestigious Art in the County Show-2019,2020, 2021 and 2022.

He has been a guest artist at Gallery 121 in Belleville in 2022.

Additionally, his work can be seen at Gilbert & Lighthall Marketplace in Prince Edward County.
